The runners participating in the cross-country marathon wear the race clothes specially made in red and yellow to celebrate the 100th birthday of the Communist Party of China, forming a passionate scenery on the green road of the Great Wall between the mountains and the blue sky and white clouds.

After fierce competition, Qin Guidu of Guangxi Wuzhou and Zhang Qing of Tianjin won the 42.195 full blessing group male and female champions respectively, and the 15km healthy running group male and female champions were won by Ma Zhanchuan of Beijing and Pan Lihong of Qian 'an, Hebei. Beijing runner Li Dayan, who won the champion of the third Qian 'an Great Wall Cross-Country Marathon in 2018, participated in the Qian 'an race for the third time and won the fifth place.
