The Garrison Office was founded in the Ming Dynasty Longqing period, the predecessor of the capital investigation, responsible for the supervision and inspection of the garrison from Shuntianfu to Shanhaiguan, is the place where the military gives orders along the Great Wall, and is also the symbol of power of the military command.
